Please read the terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms and conditions”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the ConnectMe Law web application and the ConnectMe Law mobile application which is owned by Professional Connect PTY LTD (“Us”, “We”, “Our”).
Acceptance of Terms
By using the web application and mobile application, you are agreeing to all of the terms of use, which may be updated by us from time to time.
Description of Service
ConnectMe Law platform provides a web application and mobile application that connects job seeking legal professionals and law firms. We facilitate the recruitment process by allowing legal professionals to apply for legal jobs and enabling law firms to post job listings and review applicant profiles.
Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that all services or the licenses including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property provided on the web application and mobile application are the property of Professional Connect PTY LTD. You agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute these intellectual properties in any way, including via electronic and digital media
User Account
You need to create account to use the ConnectMe Law platform. As a user of the web application or mobile application, you are required to provide your information (“Personal”, “Professional”, “Organizational”) during and after the registration process, and therefore you must ensure that you provide accurate and complete information. You must not use information or any trademark of another person or any other entity that you are not authorized to use. When sharing information via the application with any third party, you must accept the information sharing consent and thereafter you are responsible for sharing your information. Please note that the Web application or Mobile application will not use or share your information including any of contact information (“mobile phone number”, “Email Address”) for any promotional or marketing purposes or any other illegal activities
You are also responsible for all the activities that occur through your account. Therefore, you must safeguard your account credentials, or any login links related to your account. If you are aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
Content Ownership
As a user, the content that you post using the application including any images, content or descriptions, any external web application links etc will be referred to as ‘Your Content’ and we will not make any claim to it. ConnectMe Pty is not responsible for the content or transmission or any policies of linked site or any update on linked sites.We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. Therefore, you must not posting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or objectionable.
Payments
This platform is a paid service for law firms and therefore law firms should agree to pay the applicable payments. Primary fee to use the platform is subscription fee which is payable in advanced for subscription. Law firm user should agree to submit credit card through integrated third party payment service provider. No refunds are applicable after complete payments.
Data Protection
We advise you to read our privacy policy to get a better understanding of our data collection and maintaining and sharing practices.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute occurs in relation to our services, you agree to inform us first and try to resolve it.
Limitation of Liability
You should avoid misuse of the application in any terms. Professional Connect PTY LTD is not liable for any damage that occurs to you because of misuse of the ConnectMe Law web application or ConnectMe Law mobile application.
Termination
If you breach these terms of service, Professional Connect PTY LTD has the right to terminate your account without prior written or verbal notice.
Right to Modify
Please note that Professional Connect PTY LTD reserves the right to modify and change this agreement at any given time. Therefore, you are required to check the terms of use regularly to take notice of any changes that we may have made to the terms of use.
